Group Classes

Group classes are based in sound strength and conditioning fundamentals.

There are elements of strength, power, cardio, core, mobility, endurance…. And everything in between. We will create the strongest, most mobile, most athletic version YOU can bring out.

Once you are dialed in on your form, we increase the intensity to keep challenging your body and force it to adapt and grow. 

VFIT has a unique focus on learning what we're doing and understanding why we're doing it.

Fundamental Session

Focused on the basic human movements of squat, hinge, push, pull, carry/ locomotion we will set the foundation for you to be safe and successful in group classes, further individual workouts, sport, adventure, and LIFE.

This session will TEACH you how to do the basic movements and give us all a feel for how much volume we can handle. Please ask ALL the questions before, during and after this session; it’s our job to help you understand. 


This is the best starting place for beginners, folks who have been away from the game for awhile, and people who are hesitant about starting, but have summoned up the courage to start anyway.

We are located at 4750 Hartland Pkwy, just off Man O' War Blvd, in between Goodwill and Kroger's.
