Group Classes
VFit’s flagship training program. All the advantages of individualized training in a group setting. No timers, bells, mandatory start times, strict programming…. Actual TRAINING based scientific principals, time tested protocols and the most important: where you are that day.

This is where the journey begins… with the FUNDAMENTALS!
Exposure and mastery of the basics are essential for any safe and effective training program. In this session we will asses, show and TEACH you HOW to perform the basic moves of squats, push/pull, hinge, locomotion and introduce you to VFit, how we are unique and how our facility operates.
We ENCOURAGE you to ask questions, seek understanding, give feedback and be ready to learn. From this session we will help you create a path for your journey with us.

Individual Training
A great place for beginners, injury rehabilitation, or if you like a quieter setting. Individual training sessions are 100% customized for your big term goals and challenges and tailored specific for how you present the actual day of the session.
Each trainer sets their own rates for individual sessions, packages are discussed in the initial Fundamental Session where we go through basic moves, assess where your current state of fitness lies and what you want us to help you achieve.
