This page explains everything you need to get you started on your journey.
First things first…..
You need to get setup in the app! You can download it by following the buttons below. You will have received info regarding your login credentials to the email you signed up with.
Once you have logged in, here is a brief tour of the app and a few of the essential tools we will use to check in, communicate, and be successful.
Follow along below to understand our check in methods, initial nutrition plans, and how to best perform and log our workouts. It is imperative for our success that we follow these methods so that we can be efficient in our first phase of building habits!

If you have any questions on your training program, please message us inside of the app using the messenger
Within the next 24 hours, I will be sending you your personalized nutrition plan, including everything you need to know about meal preparation and tracking!

Please note, each week you will have the option to complete an express check in (if you’ve hit all of your targets) or a more detailed check in.
