You'll have weekly check-ins that will help keep you accountable and manage the daily challenges life throws at us. This is the ideal program for beginners and those seeking a more guided personal training experience.
VFit Online Programming provides those that have experience with strength training a structured workout plan that goes with them wherever they are! You'll be provided access to new workouts each month along with hundreds of workouts from the past, so you'll never run out of ideas.
Yes, we require all new members to complete an intro session to ensure they are familiar with the class format and exercises. To get signed up for a fundamental session, please follow this link to schedule a time.
After completing the fundamentals session, you'll have the option to continue working with the trainer of your choice. He or she will guide you through the process.

I've signed up for a fundamental session, now what?
Congrats on taking you first step towards a better you! Here's what follows after you complete the payment for your fundamentals session.
1. You'll immediately receive a Calendar Invitation to the email address you used to sign up.
2. Within the next 24 hours, you'll receive a link to digitally sign our waiver and health history form. Please complete this prior to attending! (Please check your spam/junk folders for this email.)
3. Show up to [4750 Hartland Parkway Lexington, KY 40515] at your scheduled time with proper workout attire and water to complete your fundamental session.
4. After you complete your fundamental session, your trainer will discuss various options with you. Additionally, you'll receive an email with links to our group class and online training sign ups.
How do I sign up for group classes?
Start by signing for a fundamental session via this link. You'll create an account on the Momence app which is used to manage your Fundamental Session appointment and used to sign up for group classes thereafter.
